Skilled Trim Carpenter with talents in job site monitoring, cabinet installation and interior trim. Pursuing a similar position where a well-qualified individual is highly sought. I have been constantly employed since 1992, trimming residential custom homes all over the Austin, San Antonio, Canyon Lake Area. I'm an expert with power tools an am a very good communicator. I own a home in the Canyon Lake area and am looking for a change just because I know I can make a difference and do a great job. I do have some experience in insurance adjusting in Port Aransas, as I helped a friend adjust using xactimate, Then I would bid on some of the work, get it and stay busy that way. I was Superintendent for Riedel Custom Homes for 5 years, and I also did all the trim work, ran the warranty division, and was put in charge of all the stuff that goes on in the last minute to finish the house with all trades involved.

Additional Information

I've been very busy trimming houses for the last 33 years, and had a couple of my builders retire here recently, was just looking at doing something a little different, using my experiences in a little change. Back in 2017 I helped a friend of mine do some insurance adjusting and would be interested in looking into that field of expertise. I'm not unfamiliar with Xactimate as I was putting together losses and using the system as a helper. I have a nice mobile office in a travel trailer with a generator to go out in the field and do some adjusting if need be. Ready to go.
