• Assisted in design and facilitated build-out of a $55M dollar, 100,000sf state of the art intelligence operations training facility. Facility included classroom, office space, computer labs. Fitness training facility, weapons firing range and multiple secure facilities classified Top Secret.
• Acted on behalf of the Federal Government to obligate funding to meet contract requirements for facility operations, maintenance, budget and execution as well as facility upgrades.
• Monitored purchase orders, change orders and contract services.
• Routinely briefed leadership on progression and delays, while offering solutions to keep project on task.

• Employed operationally against worldwide targets, designated by the Joint Chiefs and Secretary of Defense.
• Facilitated and planned the delivery of non-traditional collection to combatant commanders and other U.S. Government agencies.
• Launched and maintained a tailored collection platform, designed to conduct highly technical and closely controlled intelligence operations against high threat countries.
• Immersed in high-risk environments, using extensive signature reduction, anti-terrorism protection/hostile threat detection, discreet communication techniques and enhanced Operational Security (OPSEC) methodologies.
• Directly responsible for administration, program management, integration and oversight of multiple worldwide collection and operations in support of validated programs with both local command and the wider Intelligence Community.

Ensured training, exercises, and operations involving intelligence collection were conducted in accordance with directives, regulations, and policy.

• Served as Contracting Officer Representative for a classified IDIQ services contract for more than a decade.
