Driven, hardworking football coach highly effective at building and maintaining a successful program through teaching and using different types of motivation based off the player or coach. Skilled at evaluating players and putting them in positions that they will find success. Very proficient at building relationships which in turn creates trust and belief in what we are trying to accomplish.   • Responsible for the daily development of varsity, JV quarterbacks and defensive backs.
  • Also, worked extensively with the varsity, JV wide receivers in regards to route running, blocking, and the importance of the small details of the position that create success in games.
  • Involved in weekly game planning with the varsity offensive and defensive coaching staff.
  • Ran film review weekly with our starting quarterback independently to review and understand the game plan that we would have for each upcoming opponent.

  • Position coach for 2024 varsity starting QB, Peter Matin. Selected as the Campbell Conference First Team All Conference QB. Player of the year Runner Up. Completed 136 passes (most in state), 1809 passing yards (most in state), 19 touchdown passes (most in state).

  • Responsible for the daily development of varsity, JV quarterbacks and receivers, defensive backs over two seasons.
  • Established throwing program for QB's and WR's that we maintain and build off throughout the season.
  • Worked closely with varsity, JV defensive backs on positional fundamentals, understanding our defensive scheme and individual responsibilities.
  • Assisted in weekly varsity game planning with both the offensive and defensive coaching staffs.
  • Watched game film weekly with quarterbacks and wide receivers on game preparation and improvements that can be made from previous week.
  • Position coach for 2023 varsity starting QB, Nolan Lumley. Selected as the NH Division 1 All Conference QB, and for the CHAD All Star Game. Finished 2023 season with a 115 passing rating (highest in NH), 1100 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns, 600 rushing yards, and 9 rushing touchdowns.
  • Position coach for DB Calen Smith. Selected as a NH Division 1 All Conference defensive back.

  • Responsible for the daily development of the varsity, JV, freshman quarterbacks. Monitored their individual throwing progression programs throughout the season.
  • Worked directly with all skilled positions on a daily basis including QB's, WR's, TE's specifically.
  • Reviewed film of previous games with a focus on the production of our varsity quarterbacks. Assisted with film study of upcoming opponent.
  • Helped create our weekly "passing" game plan and how we planned to attack the opponents defense.
  • Offensive coordinator for the 2021 junior varsity season.
  • Lead game planning responsibilities for all special teams.
  • Varsity team recorded 2 blocked punts in 2021 season.
  • Varsity team returned a two punts and a kickoff for touchdowns in 2021 season.
  • Position coach for 2021 starting QB, Collin Scully. Selected as Class B Honorable Mention QB.

  • Selected as the Head Coach of the New Hampshire All Star Team overseeing the best 12 & 13 year football players in the state.
  • We were given 5 weeks to prepare for a week long tournament in Kissimmee, Florida where we would compete against some of the best talent across the country.
  • In that short time we installed an offense that included multiple formations including the pistol, empty backfield, I formation, etc.
  • Finished 3rd Nationally with a 3-1 record. Our lone loss was vs Maryland preventing us from competing for the AYF National Championship.
  • We secured 3rd place with a victory over Cleveland, Ohio in our finale. Our other victories were over Pittsburgh, PA and Sacramento CA.

  • 45-1 record over past 4 seasons including three NH State Championships (2019, 2020, 2021).
  • Balanced offensive attack. Throw 10-15 attempts per game.

  • Helped oversee the Wildcats QB Summer Camp (2019-2021) with Londonderry High School Varsity Head Coach, James Lauzon.
