Running a Mill machine making different parts for different manufacturers around the surrounding area for their machines from Basic to 3D.

I would assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring production processes align with standards, and optimizing resource usage. Also acting as a bridge between frontline employees and upper management. I would oversee everything in the absence of the Plant Manager. I scheduled the materials for the entire plant and scheduled the employees to run the material. I would make sure the floor is running smoothly, and everyone is running parts per order. I did Quality checks for everyone, checking paperwork to system daily. I would do Inventory each month, inventorying tooling and ordered as needed. I worked on the production floor as a Master Programmer for over 8 years. Doing general production work running Rover machine centers, Weeke machine centers, BAK bander, Manual banders, Homag edge bander, Schelling saws, and Heian machines. I would make parts for our machines in both the mill and the lathe. I also worked in and performed Maintenance through the entire shop.
