I firmly, but humbly, believe that my skills along with the efforts of those on the Mobilization Team can be impactful for both those joining the OM organization and those joining our cause in a way that glorifies God among the least reached by using people according to their S.H.A.P.E. - Planned and implemented the customer journey for all OM pathways - Core, Cloud, and On Ramps - and tracked its effective making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Created and refined messaging to effectively present the principles of OM Activation to Prospects and trained the team to execute that messaging and evaluate its success in order to move qualified Prospects forward in our Mobilization process.
- Managed two OM Activation team members by overseeing their training, production towards objectives, professional development, and personal care.
- Represented OM's messaging to Prospects at strategic events and in dozens of calls each month in order to pursue OM Activation goals.

- Built and strengthened partnerships with American churches through professional representation of the entire OM movement for the purpose of engaging the church leadership and its members into strategic support of OM's work among the least reached people of our world.
- Represented OM to the sending church leaders of new people from the United States joining the OM movement. Many of these churches had no experience or knowledge of OM making this first impression of the organization especially critical.
- As U.S. churches agreed to engage in specific Church Team mission trips, I was responsible for organizing the details of the trip and ensuring that their experience was high quality and led to further and deepening partnership.
- Carried a portfolio of relationships of churches in the U.S. and was their point of contact in the organization, which could lead to further mobilization and financial partnership.
