· Answer calls and respond to tickets in the order that they are received.
· Help clients with the issues that they are having with work laptops, Desktops, passwords, and printers.
· Make sure that the clients get the upgrades to their work equipment after approval from their managers
· We also go to clients if their needs are not met after doing over the phone troubleshooting.
· Set up new laptops, phones, and equipment for new hires as well as creating Active directory accounts, office 365 accounts, shared drive access, software permissions, and map their printers.
· Troubleshoot network connections, remote desktop connections, VIOP IP desk phones, and cell phones.
· Do follow ups with clients and close tickets after the issues have been resolved.
