• Performs depot level repairs and modifications to F-35 aircraft by using complicated measuring instruments, blueprints, sketches, drawings, process specifications, work orders, technical orders, sheet metal hand and power tools, special tooling and special fixtures.
• Conducts inspections of aircraft structures, components, or parts for defects, serviceability, or proper installation using processes specifications, technical orders and blueprints.
• Performs structural tasks such as removing, replacing, and realigning ribs, longerons, bulkheads, stringers, and fittings in completed skinned assembles and rack modifications.
• Removes, fabricates, repairs, modifies, and installs parts and assemblies, such as frames, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, beams, ribs, spars, skins, and double contour skins using hand or power tools and variety of metal working equipment.
