  • Leadership roles have been a big part of my childhood and career.
  • Starting very young. I was Captain of our safety patrol in elementary school and color guard at St. Gerard's
  • Attended Boy Scouts for 6 years. Served as patrol leader and leadership patrol four over 4 years. Attended many advancement ceremonies, leadership development outings, camp plannings, and community volunteer work.
  • Early on. I worked as lead cook and chef at a few restaurants. Then got into construction. Had titles as journeyman carpenter, roofer, sider, window and door installer, home renovator and builder.
  • After some financial misfortunes. I started working as a union ironworker for Jerico construction in 2000. As I served as a journeyman ironworker, superintendent, general foreman, and foreman for 11 years.
  • That is what brought me to Capital Steel and Wire. I've worked with our Presidents on many occasions and was seen as a capable deverced person with mechanical abilities. I started out managing our Hull rd facility and worked on installing our 1st Drawbench, along with overhead cranes and many building upgrades. Working with many outside venders and associates. Keeping Dustin up to date daily or weekly on progress.
