  • Primary responsibilities meeting sales quotas by selling services to and retaining existing customer base of approximately 12,000 commercial alarm system customers primarily in the North Texas, Dallas Fort Worth regional area. Designed and executed custom commercial security, access control, camera and fire systems for customers ranging in size from small commercial locations up to large warehouses and hospitals.
  • Case in point: Converted Glen Rose Medical facility and several satellite buildings to a new DMP access control and combo intrusion alarm system.
  • Another example: Upgraded and sold additional services originally for two Solaris Pharmacies and ultimately sold intrusion alarms, CCTV systems and fire systems to five locations.
  • Consistently met or exceeded quotas over a ten year period and was almost always in the top three for installation revenue and reoccurring monthly revenue (RMR) on an annual basis and frequently was the top monthly producer for revenue or RMR.
  • Diplomatically fielded complex customer issues by using professional problem-solving techniques tailored to specific customer needs and facilitated negotiations, resolving issues and reaching mutual, beneficial conclusions that often turned a potential cancellation into a long term contract renewal with more revenue and RMR.
