My name is Tolga. I was born and raised in Istanbul. I started cooking 15 years ago and started my professional carrier with Conrad Istanbul Hotel. After I finished college, I went abroad and since then I’ve been living and working outside Turkey. For the last 10 years I have been Celebrity Chef Batuhan Paitti's Executive Sous Chef for all of his projects. My experience below, outside of San Francisco, are all roles with his company, Piatti Consulting. I’m a resident of Florida and authorized to work in the United States. I have settled into Miami and am looking for a role with an innovative restaurant group where I can bring my vast experience to help elevate the current program.
