- Technical lead onsite for all client Audio Visual Solutions and Technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless technology, Unified Communications, Security and Data Center technologies

- Lead deployment of new Audio Visual systems, installation, testing and QA

- Inventory and resource management for product and staff across client's enterprise locations

- Review drawings and GUI designs to meet client expectations

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best possible solution for client

• Configure and manage AV components on client network in collaboration with Network Engineering

• Lead end user training programs for new installations, including creation of user guides and in-person hands-on training

• Lead VIP AV repair technician for client’s C-Suite spaces

• Perform remote monitoring and on-site preventative maintenance of client AV systems

• Maintenance of video wall systems, waiting area and client facing displays

• Configure/install digital signage and media player systems

• Research and develop new solutions to reduce system downtime and improve end user experience

• Maintain responsibilities in Junior AV Specialist role

• Maintain client AV systems through preventative maintenance and break-fix service tasks

• Schedule and launch Video Conference calls using Cisco TMS and connect existing Codec infrastructure to Webex Meetings

• First line defense for system service, analysis, and ticket escalation

• Operate conference room components including PC-based web conferencing and presentations, launching calls, controlling cameras and digital sound processors, and creating Run of Shows for live event programming

· Livestream events on Zoom webinar with video switcher and audio mixer

· Maintain equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot AV technical issues

· Prepare and breakdown AV system before and after events
