Tom Campbell

• Assist the head coach with a season long training program, including running unit and position specific training sessions, or whole team sessions where required.
• Manage the staff to player communications throughout the season
• Own team and opponent video analysis - providing quantitative and qualitative reports to the head coach.

Manage the Youth Development Phase (U13-U14) for our club's 4 sites. Includes overseeing 13 site based teams and 4 regional based teams - roughly 200 players per year.

Manage a staff of 8-10 coaches. Responsibilities include internal coach education while streamlining processes, training principles and playing styles.

Develop and maintain the club's game model, using both football and pedagogical principles to ensure relevance from the youngest age groups up to the first team.

Bi-weekly meetings with up to 20 students per year group.

Reviewing and advising on assignments across a variety of modules relating to coaching and some parts of sport science.

Assisting students with work placements - advising on everything from on the field coaching, to adapting to life in America.

Grading first and second year work in football coaching related modules

• Sub-contracted to various programs around the city of Pittsburgh to assist in a variety of roles.
• Setting curriculums and running coach education for community based programs
• Delivering training sessions for the various levels of football in Pittsburgh.
• Providing analysis of whole community programs, with suggestions for further growth and development.
