Manage the Youth Development Phase (U13-U14) for our club's 4 sites. Includes overseeing 13 site based teams and 4 regional based teams - roughly 200 players per year.
Manage a staff of 8-10 coaches. Responsibilities include internal coach education while streamlining processes, training principles and playing styles.
Develop and maintain the club's game model, using both football and pedagogical principles to ensure relevance from the youngest age groups up to the first team.
Bi-weekly meetings with up to 20 students per year group.
Reviewing and advising on assignments across a variety of modules relating to coaching and some parts of sport science.
Assisting students with work placements - advising on everything from on the field coaching, to adapting to life in America.
