Learned how to test and diagnose issues with any problems on a
diesel engine. Handled valve adjustments, full brake job, oil
change. Learned how to do a Full PMI make sure everything around the truck is properly greased, fitted and most importantly responsive and working properly. Experience with MIG welding and plasma cutting. Still doing breaks and oil changes as a side job.

Learned how to deal with people in this fast paced environment. Started as a Food Runner then promoted to Server after a short time. Fast paced order placement, ensure food is delivered timely and with excellent quality. Learned how to deal with difficult situations when customers were unhappy.

Assisted lead chefs where I helped gather anything needed. Selected to handle VIP guests due to reliability and quality of work.

In charge of putting orders together and taking them out for delivery in my car. Learned to work in a fast paced environment while dealing with people.
