Facilities Director, Project Manager, and Security Officer for a local Mutual Bank consisting of 11 independent branches, an LPO lending office and a 35,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters. In charge of all building related construction, projects, maintenance, repairs & security. Responsible for writing and approving all vendor contracts while managing all service vendors to include but not limited to landscapers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, Generator techs, locksmiths, roofers, pavers, exterminators, irrigation technicians, fire and alarm technicians, security personnel and monitoring equipment. Responsible for creating, managing, and executing the annual budget for building facility and security purchase requirements. Responsible for managing the burglar, security & fire alarm systems for 12 buildings and 14 ATM kiosks. Also responsible for the installation, programming and managing of the keycard access control system and conventional key access for all properties and employees. Performed a complete overhaul of the document retention system while developing and implementing a cataloging system for efficient recall.
