I started working in electrical wholesale in high school and continued after I graduated. I worked in the warehouse and would take phone calls from customers and businesses then build orders and deliver products to them. I did this for about three years then worked at a beverage distributor. I merchandised the first year then got my CDL and drove a truck on a route and delivered beer and wine to stores and bars. I worked there for four years then I left that business to build boats. I built boats for a little over 16 years. This caught my interest because I like working with my hands and tools. I started as a rigger. I would get a bare hull and install the pump and engine in the boat. From there I would install all the components and hardware that was on the work order and then wire the boat and install the floors and seats. After the boat was complete I would take it on a water test to look for leaks, make sure the boat ran well and all the components were working correctly. I rigged for about five years then I became a supervisor, QC, and a purchasing agent. In 2019 I started with Spokane House of Hose. I traveled and was an outside sales representative. I would meet with customers and take orders on products they needed or troubleshoot any issues they were having with products or machines. As of January of 2024 I am currently working at Blue Ribbon Supply. I'm a customer service supervisor and relief driver.
