Tom Foley

Tom Foley has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, including sales, leasing, property management, and development throughout Greater Boston and Cape Cod.

Tom began his career with Winn Development, managing more than 200 residential units. Additionally he handled medical office and retail leasing at One Brookline Place in Brookline, MA, along with residential property management for portfolios of up to 500 units.

Tom went on to establish The Foley Company at 34 Station Street in Brookline, focusing on residential and commercial sales and apartment leasing. The company was involved in the development of three- to eight- unit condominium properties throughout Greater Boston, including both condominium conversion and ground-up construction.

Today, Tom continues to operate the Foley Company in Osterville, MA, generating approximately $20-25 million in annual residential real estate sales and an additional $5-10 million in commercial real estate sales.

Tom's background provides him with a broad understanding of the real estate market, property operations, and the development process, backed by decades of hands-on experience.
