  • Tom Hughes has 29 years of experience in the electrical trade; he has been with Rosendin Electric for 10 years. As the Chief Estimator, Tom provides oversight and direction to the Estimating Department while managing multiple projects to bid - without reducing the quality of the estimate. Tom’s organizational skills provide detailed and accurate take-offs to ensure the reliability of cost models and estimates he generates. Tom excels at Design-Build and Design-Assist projects; he can operate as a member of the design team, collaborating with the owner, the general contractor, the architect and engineer to provide consultation and value engineering. His experience also ensures that the information he provides meets all applicable code and regulatory requirements. As a senior member of the Rosendin estimating team, Tom mentors his fellow estimators to ensure accuracy and adherence to code. Tom also assists the Project Management team in execution of awarded contracts.
