Managed $150M annual sales and over 325 employees. Worked daily with employees, key retail accounts, and all represented Beer Suppliers in DBI portfolio. Negotiated Sales and Marketing plans for territory with each Beer Supplier. Led team in charge of changing critical Out Of Code policy change for entire company. Member of DBI Caucus Team for union labor negotiations and relevant contracts.
Led the transition of VPD team to new acquiring company, Ingram Entertainment, the largest distributor of dvd video and video game home entertainment products in the US. Responsible for Sales and Operations for 35% of total revenue for newly combined company. Maintained Key Retail accounts and Studio relationships. Began the integration to DBI Beverage process by attending senior executive meetings.
