This role covered over 20 facilities in southern indiana with support to remote sites in other states. The mission is to provide cross functional direction in manufacturing and office facilities in multiple facets of engineering projects.

Supervisor of Application Development with Sage Software’s Healthcare Division – Responsible for leading team of 10 responsible for maintaining Sage’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) product.

• Primary responsibility is to manage a team for Sage’s industry leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) product.
• Additional responsibilities include acting as 1st line of support to Sage’s Clinical support department, helping developers work through functional/technical issues, manage team workload against deadlines, software development, review of work performed by team prior to delivering code to QA department.
• Member of review board to discuss and prioritize product issues reported by customers, developers, and QA.
• Work closely with other supervisor’s to coordinate cross team development activities.
• Work daily with product designers (EHR subject matter experts) to work through design issues.

Director of Operations and Program Manager with Tri-Analytics Operations Team – Responsible for the client relationship at the executive level. Work closely with client sponsor(s) and provide leadership for the project and engagement strategy.

• Achieved savings to clients in excess of $500K by leveraging best practice project management principles.
• Managed a portfolio of $4+ million across 7 concurrent projects.
• Managed P&L / operations for 7 teams across multiple clients consisting of 25 technology resources.

Client Delivery Manager with Meridian Technologies Operations Team – Responsible for identifying opportunities with new and existing clients while delivering solutions that continue to expand Meridian's brand by exceeding customer expectations and increasing revenue and margin.

• Managed a portfolio of $2+ million across 15 technology resources across 3 concurrent projects.
• Responsible for successfully leading year long, 2.1 million dollar project for one of the largest banking institutions in the country.
• Responsible for directing a team in the delivery of Functional System Design, Technical Design, Software Development, End-to-End System Integrated Testing and Product Delivery.
• Responsible for assessing impacts of changing business requirements which included risks to project time lines, project resources, and project financials.
• Responsible for all project financials reporting directly to the Client Delivery Executive (CDE) for this specific banking client. Technologies used on this project consist of: Teradata, Oracle, Java, and VBA
