2023-2024 Season:

• For the first time in program history, Niagara concluded the regular season / entered the ACHA M1 National Tournament ranked as a single-digit seed: #9
• Won the program's first ever ESCHL regular season championship, securing an auto-bid to M1 Nationals
• Earned victories against: #5 Ohio (2 of 4 games) - #7 Liberty (1 of 2 games) - #8 Maryville (1 of 2 games)
• For the third consecutive year, earned conference 'Coach of the Year' award and was nominated for ACHA M1 'Coach of the Year' league honors

2022-2023 Season:

• Niagara ascended to, and concluded the season with their highest ACHA M1 national ranking in program history: #9 (01/11) - #10 (FINAL)
• The team became the first ever Purple Eagle roster to enter the National Tournament as a top-10 seed
• Secured the team's first ever victory against a top-2 nationally ranked opponent: #2 Adrian (11/11/2022)
• Presented with the ESCHL's 'Coach of the Year' award and for the second straight season - nominated for ACHA M1 'Coach of the Year' league honors
• Became the first head coach in Niagara history to exceed 20 wins in back-to-back seasons / qualify for M1 Nationals in 3 consecutive seasons

2021-2022 Season:

• Set 2 program records: highest winning % [.864] and most successful regular season in team history [28-4-1]
• For the second-straight season, secured a conference championship (reg. season / playoffs), national tournament appearance and NECHL 'Coach of the Year' award
• Voted a top 3 finalist among all 68 active Head coaches for ACHA M1 'Coach of the Year' league honors
• Niagara University climbed back into the top 25 (ranked #17) for the first time in 4 full seasons

2019-2020 Season:

• Won the 2019-2020 NECHL regular season and playoff championship(s), earning an auto-bid to the ACHA M1 national tournament
• After entering conference playoffs as the last-place seed in 2018, Niagara clinched the #1 seed and ranked 1st in every major statistical category (W-GF-GA-Diff-Pts).

ADMIN:

• As program director, elevated Niagara's ACHA M1 program from club status to a fully-funded athletic power house
• Responsible for the recruitment of over 45 players from North America’s most prominent junior hockey leagues: NAHL-BCHL-AJHL-SJHL-CCHL-OJHL etc.
• Built a 5-team infrastructure (ACHA M1 | W1 | W2) (AAU M1 | M2), generating $2.3 million in annual incremental revenue.
