Senior Lead Infrastructure Specialist

  • As a member of the US Bridge and Automation Team:
  • Work with Accounts to set up Automations with Ansible Tower
  • Primary lead for Event/Incident automation(s)

  • Responsible for all projects related to the development of the Retail Point of Sale system for the college bookstore industry.
  • Coordinated with Barnes & Noble college booksellers on a Multi-million dollar project to create a unique Windows based POS system for the college bookstore industry to replace the existing 4690 POS system. Total 1500 stores 8000 lanes of POS.
  • Complete responsibility for the MBS portion of the project 600 stores and 3500 lanes.
  • Created a SRS and baseline to meet the requirements of the industry, and customer specific needs.
  • Coordinated with AJB Software design Toronto Canada to develop the Payment portion of the system
  • Coordinated with Cornell Mayo Associates of NJ on the POS portion of the system
  • Coordinated with IBM on the Encryption portion of the system as well as the Hardware
