I have honed my communication skills over the past 25 years I've become adept at speaking with an array of customers from aging farmers to corporate managers with little experience I've learned to listen and become engaged with their goals by asking questions and listening, and by being honest about what their best solution is I have done extensive work quoting complex systems that require being able to visualize equipment layout as well as installation of those systems I have extensive experience running forklifts, telehandlers, tractors and other heavy equipment but do not currently have any certifications I am a creative problem solver and have designed and fabricated parts when standard equipment was not sufficient I am friendly, have a sense of humor and enjoy talking to people
