In my position with Service Electric Company I supervise crews, ensuring everyone is working safely and that job is performed in the the time frame of the outage. While supervising the crew I also process oil, perform commission testing, braze leads, rebuild and trouble shoot load tap changers

I started at RMS Energy as a senior test manager where I implemented new test procedures, and approved test results for the transformer division.

In my forth month with RMS Energy I took on an additional role of Regional operations manager for the west transformer region. In this position I managed seven crews that performed everything from new installs to full life extensions. While managing the crews I did job walks, quoted new projects, ordered equipment, dispatched crews best suited for projects, approved time cards, and answered questions from crews regarding everything from processing procedures to testing issues.
