I have been a veterinarian at Den Herder Veterinary Hospital for 19+ years. I was an associate for the first 9 years of my career, then bought the practice from my mentor, Dr. Den Herder in 2013. We rapidly grew and expanded the practice in 7 years prior to partnering with Mission Veterinary Partners. I have been medical director in the practice since our partnership 3 years ago, and have continued to grow the practice and lead our team through many growth and change initiatives. I am constantly looking for new challenges and love to lead people through communication, hard work, and a positive mindset.

- Grew a $1.5 million dollar practice into a $6.5 million dollar practice in 7 years.
- Grew from a 3 doctor neighborhood practice, to a 6 doctor premier regional practice.
- Designed and built a 9,000 sq foot facility to replace a 2.000 sq ft facility.
