- In 2023 I was asked to be the Regional Manager of the company's 8 newly acquired RV parks. They are located in Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Key Essential Functions and Area of Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of functions which lead to the efficient operation of multiple storage facilities.- Management of rental rates, discounts, Tenant Protection Plan and other income sources.
