Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to, meeting incoming customers and providing immediate assistance. Listening to customers needs and personal preferences in order to provide the best most immediate service possible. In the my first year i was already training new incoming employees for their designated positions. Setting up "floor set" for the look and feel of the entirety of the store. Answering inquiries over the phone professionally and accurately. Maintaining up to date customer buying habits all while reinforcing what i believed to be the core values of this company at the time which were, individualism, personal strength, freedom of expression,  perseverance and finally fringe culture.

In my experience with this company i have Patrolled the facility and served as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions. Reported all incidents, accidents and medical emergencies to law enforcement. Responded quickly to medical emergencies, bomb threats and fire alarms. Answered alarms and investigated disturbances. Issued security badges and visitor passes to all guests. Checked passes and credentials of persons seeking to enter the property. Interviewed, questioned and conducted undercover surveillance operations. As well as neutralized conflicts that have arisen in non violent or invasive ways. Finally I have training in active shooter scenarios and am trained in the protocol necessary to handle similar situations.

Some of my Job responsibilites are maintaining safety and well being of my fellow workers basic training in first aid, Handling the construction and tear down of incredibly complex structures. A large part of everything is the necessity to complete tasks by the specified deadline without exception.
