Summary

I am a recently licensed professional counselor with a variety of clinical interests including anxiety disorders,trauma, ADHD, co-occurring substance use disorders. My current clinical perspective involves application of existential counseling through the lens of DBT and CBT techniques. In addition my modality interests include further training in CPT, ACT, crisis intervention and EMDR.

As an ATCK (third culture kid adult) I am passionate about helping underserved populations and communities such as immigrants and children of immigrants. My counseling orientation is strengths-based with a belief that clients are resourceful and it is the role of the counselor is to assist in the development of goals in addition to creating a supportive environment that fosters autonomy.
