  • Motor Pool Transportation Supervisor, for staff of eight personnel, providing multi-functional support throughout Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). Responsible for reviewing, updating and implementing contract policies and procedures and recommending necessary improvements and techniques for program execution. Responsible for the preventive, predictive, proactive, and corrective maintenance, and repair for over 300 pieces of mission essential equipment, to include, cranes, personnel lifts, skid steers, bull dozers, tractors, electric cars, light plants, generators, cars, and trucks. Building manager for the motor pool, fuel station and bulk fuel storage area; Served as the primary representative for all building maintenance, repairs, life safety, exercises, drills and actual events as well as inventory, and inspections. Managed hazardous material procurement, storage, inventory and disposal for approximately 200 chemicals used for maintenance and repair. Tracked monthly fuel usage and coordinated the purchase and delivery of approximately 32,000 gallons of bulk storage diesel, 8,000 gallons of unleaded and E-85 fuel for all NASA and contractor equipment.
