I have supervised the south Longwall section of the Buchanan mine division for Coronado coal for nearly a year. That being said, I took on the position having nearly zero experience on Longwall mining, What a challenge! I knew going into it that new safety procedures for the three crews of men and myself ( as always ) was top priority of my new position as well as new ventilation methods and lots more. I was up for the challenge and feel that I excelled extremely well

Section boss on 3rd shift for nearly 3 years before being brought to 1st shift 3 years ago To boss the 6 north mains panel. Leading crews to produce coal at an acceptable rate using a safety always comes first method. Insuring the crews that the best production comes from the safest production. Always stern on following all laws and policy’s

Worked on the assembly line using robotic machinery’s to install parts on the cars. Also started my own quality control group very early during my career there
