  • The Loan Store, inc. acquired Old North Capital Fund in June of 2022; When I came back I was transferred to Old North to be a part of there sales team. I was no longer targeting mortgage brokers as I had before.
  • My angle changed as my target was now contractors in North Carolina who did fix and flips and new construction. I searched public records of that state find new cold leads and inserted information (emails, addresses, company names) into a spreadsheet.
  • Worked mainly in excel and reported to the Chief Operating Officer.

  • I did cold outreach (calls and emails) to mortgage brokers in multiple states to discuss their situation and inform them of home mortgage product updates/rates at the company. I also reached out to brokers who had done business with us in the past but hadn't closed a lone in some time. I was a point of contact for new loans and connected all interested clients to my supervisor for processing.
  • All calls were recorded into Hubspot. I reported daily to the Chief Revenue/Marketing Officer and attended team meetings.
  • Company analytics showed I set the record for the highest pickup rate ever recorded for The Loan Store which was 40%. I think this was because of my constant persistence with new leads and my sense of urgency when given an opportunity. I sent many emails, and would not stop until I got an answer out the customers.

  • Actively seek odd jobs in the community through Nextdoor, Facebook market place, and word of mouth. Main focus is hauling items to the county waste collection facility. Goal to build a network of clients for repeat work.
  • I have experience landscaping, cleaning, fence building, deck refinishing, and demolition.
  • When I received my drivers permit I began hauling junk/waste to the dump with my truck and started integrating this into my other jobs. Did this with my dad until I got license.
  • 30+ clients by community posts and referrals.

- Drummer. Auditions required. Directors Troy Davis (2019) and Jeanne Geiger (2022).


Outstanding Musicianship Award - College of San Mateo Jazz Festival and Santa Cruz Jazz Festival
- As drummer with the Acalanes Jazz Ensemble, we performed and were critiqued by a panel of distinguished adjudicators. I was one of three band members to receive this award.


SFJAZZ High School All-Stars Big Band

- Drummer. Audition required. Rehearse, perform at SFJAZZ and festivals/competitions, i.e., The Charles Mingus Festival New York. Receive mentorship from professionals. Recorded
album at Lucas Ranch. Sep-May commitment in San Francisco.


California Jazz Conservatory Advanced Combo

- Drummer. Audition required. Rehearse, perform at CJC and festivals/competitions, receive mentorship from educators/professionals, and record professional studio albums. Sep-May. Commitment in Berkeley.


Big Band of Rossmoor

- Drummer/Percussion. Audition required. Generational band made of musicians ages 14 to 93. Rehearse and perform at events to benefit Bay Area charities, i.e., Generations in Jazz
Foundation. Directors Greg Brown and Maurice Levich.

- Meet with leadership team to discuss and plan band events and opportunities. Be a good role model to the younger students.

- Games/tournaments in Bay Area and Southern California. Competed in USA. Water Polo National Junior Olympics (2018, 2019, 2021).


Senior Leader
- Selected as a class leader to dialogue and give input about topics to better our campus community and culture. Led workshop “Breaking Down the Walls” for all 10th and 11th graders to break down barriers, create understanding with one another, and build relationships.


Investment Club
- Founding member. As Secretary. I record our weekly lunch discussions about stock market trends, opportunities for investments, ideas we share, and who’s in charge of bringing food to the next meeting.
