My duties as a cashier was to take orders, give food to the customers, make sure the lobby was clean, help customers with whatever they needed. I did the dishes when we closed the lobby, and I also worked in the drive-thru.

I made sure every passenger I got made it to their next flight. I also handled customer complaints calmly and professionally, resolving customers issues, A co-worker and I would do a isle chair, a isle chair is a passenger that's physically impaired, and the co-worker and I would go onto the plane and take them off and put them into their own chair
