My daily duties, Review Engineering blueprints and customer Drawings for first Article. Gather all materials prepare for winding. Setup and check tensions for all spools wind two capacitor for first articles. Operating hydraulic high temp 60K lbs. press machine. Conductive coater, Test Hi-Volt unit and process for burn-in, ageing, elevation test. Test Capacitors for resistance voltages, outgas and burn-in.

Daily duties are to pick up the travelers, review operation and Engineer drawing. Start by prep the Vacuum Coating Machine. Outgas the Films, dimension 5,000' (L) x 5' (W) Roll for 2 hours. Calibrate OC200 Coating base on customer specification. when the run is completed. rewind the coating films inspect and take 5' sample on the beginning and 5' on end. Perform test to evaluate coating adhesion, abrasion and absorption. use the sample taken for test. when the roll pass test coating roll can now be slit according to customer requirement. Perform 100% inspection inside clean room. Monitor argon, hydrogen and nitrogen gas tank
