From Chester, MD, I am wrapping up my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine at Salisbury University (Class of 2025). I've worked around athletic trainers for the past 3 years, starting as an observation student the start of my junior year with Salisbury University Athletics, watching and learning while their Certified Athletic trainers provide the best possible healthcare for their collegiate athletes with high-standards, laying a firm foundation of the kind of Athletic Trainer I strive to be one day. Eventually I started assisting withy multiple of SU's Division 3 Sports teams, with the most experience in football. My most recent work was over this summer as an Athletic Training Intern with the Baltimore Orioles’ Single-A affiliate, the Delmarva Shorebirds, where I collaborated with pitchers, position players, and 40-man roster rehab assignments with an emphasis on arm care, injury prevention, and return-to-play progressions, applying classroom knowledge directly to the field. These roles have sharpened my skills in rehabilitation, athlete trust-building, and evidence-based care, while reinforcing my philosophy that prevention and rehab are not separate, but complementary.
My next step is pursuing a Master’s in Athletic Training and continuing my path toward a career in professional baseball, committed to keeping athletes healthy, confident, and game-ready.
