I was my mothers personal caretaker from when she began to show symptoms until her passing! All of the various responsibilities and duties I took part in my moms treatment were as follows.

* Took care of all moms transportation needs (to all her doctors/surgeons appointments, all her x-ray appointments, blood work, throat and thoracic procedures and ultrasounds all her physical and occupational therapy sessions, for moms 1st and 2nd surgeries.)

* Ran all of moms errands (shopping, laundry, cooking for the family, cleaning the house, took clothes and other items to her while at hospital and skilled nursing facility until her passing).

* Handled all of Mom's bills, and financial responsibilities.

* I Dealt with her medical provider and Medicare during moms stay at hospital and skilled nursing facility until her passing.

* Was in constant communication with her primary care physician, and her two surgeons & her therapists, dieticians, speech, physical and occupational therapists at the skilled nursing facility through the whole process.

* Made all arrangements after my moms passing in regards to her final transportation, and cremation.

• Maintained a clean and organized work area throughout shift.
• Assisted in the washing and drying of all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs along with all cooking related cookware for the prep cooks and chefs.
• Ensure all prep cook areas were clean, washed down and sanitized.
• Responsible that all cookware, plates, bowls, cups and mugs were returned to correct bins, containers, racks and prep alcoves.
• Helped washers empty all trash cans, and replaced them with new bags.
• Properly disposed of all plastic and cardboard for weekly collection
