I Perform Corrective and Preventative maintenance on Industrial Plant Equipment, Multi Axis CNC machines, and Robots which includes hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems overhaul, repair, and operational checks to support the mission of Aircraft Production. Utilize TAA to track time, FEMS to order material, track labor data, and prioritize workload, and TSS to ensure training and required job task are accurate. I lead, train, and assign tasks to subordinate technicians and work with our Quality and Safety organizations to ensure quality products are produced safely and on time. I work with customers, engineering, equipment specialist, planners and schedulers to ensure sound maintenance is performed on time on equipment and during project implementation. I utilize AOP to identify and resolve constraints on day to day task and use my experience to correct any conflict resolution among team members. I utilize OSHA, ANSI, AFOSH, and AS9100 Quality practices. Utilized AOP and CPI principles and tools such as Fishbone Diagrams and Root Cause Analysis to correct issues and improve production. I utilize T.O. and COTS manuals to ensure that proper maintenance was performed and the correct parts are used.

I performed maintenance and operational checks on aircraft, to include hydraulic, flight control, landing gear, electrical, powerplant, and ECS systems. I trained subordinate mechanics and assigned daily task to support the mission.

I performed Preventative and Corrective maintenance on Industrial Machinery to include hoist, lathes, mills, presses, and CNC machines to ensure proper operation and support production in a fast paced production setting.
