Assisted teams with groundsman duties during storm recovery in Houston, TX for grid services. Operated bucket truck to various grid locations for power line inspections and repairs.

Operated small fleet of trucks with up to 5 employees. Managed logistics for semi-trucks equipped with 53' dry van and flatbed trailers. Transported goods across all 50 states.

• Customer account control in which I dealt with customers and accounts on a daily basis. Booking freight, negotiating freight rates and making sure their product picked up and deliver on time was my main responsibilities, The company had to downsize that is why was let go.

• I was a commercial sales rep for this company. I handled all aspects of sales for the Michael Phelps Swim Spa. Decided to leave the company because of issues between the company and the manufacturer of the product that hampered my ability to sale the product.

• I worked as a Customer Service Advisor. I dealt with the customers and their vehicles on general maintenance and serious maintenance issues.

• As a Customer Service Manager I had 10 employees to manage in day to day operations. We handled customer complaints, new applications, deactivation's, money uploads etc. I was let go because the company downsized and eventually moved to Texas.
• TransCard was a prepaid debit card company.

• I was the owner of this company. We were a freight brokerage firm with Covenant Transport as our Asset Partner. We handle freight moves from A to B for Menlo Logistics (government) and Walmart and other smaller companies with Covenant Transport assets or other affiliated carriers. I handle the day to day operations such as Sales, Dispatch, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Payable. Due to the economy I had to close the business.

• I handled various regions for Covenant Transport as a Customer Service Rep during my stay. My job was to handle all customer needs from rate quotes to making sure their product made on time pick ups and deliveries via our assets. I was laid off do to company downsizing.

• As Assistant Manager and acting Store Manager I had all inventory ordering, payroll and employee scheduling. I resigned because of a better opportunity.

• I was a engine replacement specialist while working for Advantage. I left this company because business slowed which forced me back to Chattanooga, Tn.

• I worked as a diesel mechanic during my time as an active Marine. I was honorably discharged as a Corporal (E-4). I only enlisted for 4 years.
