I have been working in the banking/finance industry for nearly 20 years. My goal is to always provide a great experience for my customers. I have worked at a desk and behind the teller line. I have an interest in operations and compliance. I would love the opportunity to take my frontline experience and apply it to more behind the scenes with audit/compliance/AML-BSA. As a banker I have worked with customers who have experience fraud and when working at BB&T now Truist completed and documented suspicious activity and completed suspicious incident reports (SIRs/SARs). As a banker for Synovus, it is my responsibility to assist with obtaining proper documentation at account opening to help prevent fraud.
