Reading, Junk Journaling, Camping, Skiing and Crossfit

Reading has always been a passion of mine, and it's something that helps me grow and learn in both my personal and professional life. I also love listening to podcasts, especially when I'm on the road.

When I was a young girl, I started "junk journaling" after reading Nancy Drew's books. I loved the way she would tape her findings in the book with little clues, and I started doing the same. Now, as an adult, this journaling technique helps me be creative and prompts my ideas and words.

I'm a nature lover, and I grew up camping, backpacking, and skiing. There's something about being out in the woods that just makes me happy. Fitness is also really important to me, both mentally and physically. I love Crossfit because it challenges me and brings out my competitive nature.
