Worked on sorters adding envelopes for ballots. Scanning the ballots that didn't go through the sorter, while continuing to add envelopes to sorting machine.

• Quality Assurance for aerospace assemblies for Boeing.

• The function of this position is liaison between production and quality to ensure that finished goods standards are being met. The purpose of this position is to ensure that quality concerns are fully understood and addressed.
• Review and approve all product produced. Ensures the accuracy of measurements.
• Collected product samples and prepare for laboratory analysis.
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity of quality database, inputting data pertinent to quality database systems for capturing, analyzing, and providing timely and accurate reporting and corrective actions.
• Entered weights, rates and quality control data in computer.
• Audited QA drawings and data point lists for errors or wear, update when necessary.
• Maintained sample cabinets, clean and organize, and put away all QA.
• Knowledgeable in the use of calipers, tape measure and square QA measuring devices.
• Participates in inventory and audits.
• Issue return authorizations review samples to determine if product is in tolerance. Check in returned material.
