TONI SHERRELL

I started as a professional driver at the company now known as 10 Roads Express in 2006. I was responsible for safely operating a semi and completing routes in a timely manner. I accomplished my goal for 11 years by completing my routes on time and never having an accident while operating a commercial vehicle. I was promoted to Safety Supervisor of the Southeast, GA region in 2017. I managed 250 drivers and worked with management to keep drivers compliant and safe. I demonstrated an ability to lead and relate to drivers and management. I trained new hires coached company drivers and administered retraining. I worked to promote a culture of safety which led to my promotion to Safety Director in 2020. As a Director I lead both Southeast, GA, NE, IA, and KS. I was responsible for 450 drivers. I coordinated with management to ensure drivers were coached, compliant and had a safe workspace. I was promoted in 2020 to Regional Safety Director where I managed 800 company drivers and 100 lease drivers. I coordinated with 15 driver managers to delegate duties to ensure driver safety and compliance. I oversaw all aspects of safety for the region and met company goals.

I am a loyal hard worker. My goal is to exceed standards. I work well with others, and I love learning new skills. I have a positive attitude and am able to motivate others to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. I believe leadership is about service. I would love to serve your company well!
