With nearly 30 years of experience in banking across various positions, 40 years as a manager, and 20 years as an instructional designer for both e-learning and classroom environments, I bring a wealth of experience and a proven record of accomplishment of success to this role. I have successfully set up a training department from the ground up and played a key role in six bank mergers. In these roles, I provided instruction to associates, focusing on both leadership, operations and sales to ensure a seamless transition and integration.
