· Review of donor screening test to ensure eligibility of continued donation.

· Assists in employee training and coaching regarding medical SOPs as necessary.

· Assists with the administration of employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

· Maintain supplies necessary to perform job duties.

· Maintains and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas between donors.

· Ensures Donor and Staff confidentiality.

• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action. • Provide basic patient care or treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, or performing catheterizations. • • Answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them. Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. • Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. • Collect samples, such as blood, urine, or sputum from patients, and perform routine laboratory tests on samples.

Created new schedules were employees could have a rotating holiday schedule to enjoy time at home with their families for the holidays. Assisted with traumas, performed cpr, put in various labs and xrays. Made phone calls for doctors regarding patient care, answered telephones, and faxed pertinent medical information to hospitals and doctors offices.
