Assisting patients with ADLs such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, or walking, and eating.

Maintaining patient stability by checking weights; recording intake and output, monitoring and reporting skin changes to charge nurse.

Documenting any action taken throughout shift by logging data for each patient.

Travel to different healthcare facilities daily, Provide care per MD orders and facility protocol.

Provide skilled nursing care for patients in emergency situations including injury and trauma.

Monitor patient's physical needs and condition, administered medications per MD order.

Documentatio of all medical information for patients including care plans.
