• Successfully designed and launched a global learning program to support internal and external solution architects working with our IoT solutions.
• Designer and Facilitator of Design Sprint Workshop that resulted in a new innovative model for onboarding and upskilling field technicians.
• Design Strategist and Workshop Facilitator for our product management group. Results include new interactive tool for PMs, new operating principles, enhanced role descriptions, and an innovative game created to identify communication gaps among 200+ global product managers, resulting in greater enterprise alignment.

Designer for online graduate level courses in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs), providing in-depth consulting services that assisted in development of innovative courses for various programs and learning environments.

Selected Contributions:

• Developed collaborative partnerships with university departments that resulted in four robust and innovative course designs formatted to run in online, blended, and face-to-face class environments
• Initiated new course development processes in collaboration with business program directors, deans, and instructional designers from two departments.
• Designed a facilitated series of internal team workshops that resulted in a new organizational mission and vision statement leading to great stakeholder buy in and engagement.

• Developed and facilitated performance based formation groups that included elements of coaching, simulated practice, and feedback, resulting in leadership pipeline of 20 new group leaders enabling rapid community growth.
• Cultivated partnership relationships with neighborhood development organizations that resulting in 10 new neighborhood apple tree farm, supported by neighborhood schools.

Directed planning and delivery of online degree programs, establishing and overseeing execution of goals and objectives for three graduate programs and one professional doctoral program.

• Spearheaded design and implementation of enhanced Master of Arts program, leading to annual program cost savings of $75k, while also improving productivity, visibility, and student retention across organization.
• Led institution-wide migration and implementation of open-source learning management system that generated $50,000 in yearly savings.
