• Managed 10 rental properties, commercial and residential obtained tenants to occupy rental units collection of rents scheduled maintenance and repair work developed and maintained annual budget for each rental

• Managed private 250 acre horse and cattle ranch maintained horse herd of 15-20 horses maintained cattle herd of 30 pairs used draft team to feed horses and cattle constructed irrigation ponds implement and utilized flood and sprinkler irrigation system ranch included irrigated hay fields, yielding 20 tons per year

• Apprentice with Quarter Horse and Paint Horse trainers in the disciplines of western pleasure, hunter under saddle, team roping, calf roping and working cow horse.

Overall management of the ranch operation to include, but not limited to:

· Horse care and horse supervision

· Horseback riding lessons and training

· Maintenance and management of all irrigation

· Management of hay operation

· Direction and supervision of horse boarders

· Maintenance of all domestic water systems and piped irrigation system

· Security on the Ranch

· Insurance Review and Annual Update

· Responsible for operation and maintenance of all ranch equipment

· Maintain security program

· Maintenance of all common Ranch properties to include ranch buildings

· Responsible for snowplow and road maintenance

· Animal control of Ranch

· Supervision of all construction projects authorized by the Ranch

· Responsible for maintaining ranch guidelines and bylaws

• Operate and maintain horse training and riding instruction business manage horses for out-of-town owners develop and maintain exercise program for individual horses provide riding instruction for youths and adults, western and english disciplines work closely with veterinarians and farriers maintain vaccination, worming and health schedules provide horse training for green horses, experienced and show horses organize trail rides work closely with clients to teach training techniques assist clients in buying and selling of horses show horses for clientele at professional horse shows
