• Read and confirm that all current or active processes match the issued JOF's
• (Job Order Form) for all reactors
• Confirm that the correct gasses are entering the reactor(s), flow rates, temperature set points, pressure levels and tower levels are all within a safe operational zone
• Make shift relief with previous shift, they will communicate any issues with the process during this time
• Preform a walk around with previous inside operator and inspect that all equipment, set points, control panels readings are within range, making sure all condensate lines have been drained by the previous shift in a timely manner per JOF
• Transfer of open permits and LOTO's may take place at this time if contractors are currently working under a permit during your shift relief
• Begin running shift
• Maintain the running process, check all temps, and run times are running correctly during the shift, check 02 levels with 5gas meter throughout the shift and report any issues to the board operator
• Filling out permits, LOTO's and locking out processing areas as needed
• Get level checks on Hydrogen, Nitrogen, KOH, Acid, Nash and Propane
• Complete shift logs and notes and save in SAP for oncoming shift
• Make shift relief
• TankFarm Operator Includes -
• Make shift relief with previous TankFarm operator and walk around
• Inspect all poly tanks for levels and PH's readings, check gas separators pressures, levels and flow rates match with the control room charts
• Bring PH levels up or down as needed in poly tanks, board operator will communicate with the tankfarm operator when the levels are correct to pump down one of two gas separators to the K.O, line up valves correctly to pump down to one of five poly tanks, when completed a water flush must be done after a pump over and all valves much be turn back to the off positions
• Able to preform troubleshooting on line blockages and other issues
• Complete shift logs in the control room and save to SAP
• Make shift relief with oncoming shift

• Communicating to the other operators as what is needed and answer any questions pertaining to the processes
• Maintain all pressures, levels, temps and flow rates to the JOF specs

• As a wrapline operator for this company my responsibilities are to operate the wrapline machine, to print log date tags, keep up with current process orders, wrap paper rolls with backstand at correct size, making adjustments to weight and size as needed on SAP on computer systems, communicate radio calls to inventory personal of anything rejected or post changes of rolls before loading for shipment as needed, communicate radio calls to maintenance personal if the machine his a issue beyond the operator level of troubleshooting
• Restocking all supplies needed for the full working shift of 12 hours+ and make ready for following wrapline operator and communicate any issues or other information needed to them for their working shift
• Have ability to train new trainee on this machine
