• Review signed loan and title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensures all documents are properly executed, notarized, and compliant with company policies
• Evaluates and addresses any rebuttals received.
• Communicates with title companies, lenders, and clients to obtain missing information or corrections
• Processes loan insurance through government websites (FHAC, WEBlgy, USDA)
• Creates and sends case binders for government agencies
• Prepares and emails First Payment Letters to borrowers in compliance with investor and regulatory timelines
• Issue Notice of New Servicer (NONS) to inform borrowers of servicing transfers by RESPA guidelines
