As a highly qualified development mechanic of the PDM wing refurbishment team my duties requires me to receive and interpret highly complex engineering documentation

in order to manufacture, modify or overhaul numerous airframe parts in a safe and cost effective manner using a scope of tools and manufacturing work processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Current DoD Secret Clearance reviewed within the last 5 years current Y access for site 2 (U2- Lockheed)
• Highly Knowledgeable in aviation tool requirements as well as chemical familiarization and safety protocols
• Proficient in all aspects of aviation maintenance, build processes and Quality Assurance procedures as to include AS9100D
• Familiar with maintenance and manufacturing Documentation operating platforms such as ALIS, SFM and SAP/ Livelink
• Over 20 Lockheed certification held (U2 familiarization, U2 toughbook laptop . BCCT labor charging ,Aeronautics safety system compliance AMS
• Excellent at communication both written and orally within a team environment
• Very detailed oriented with Aviation processes and sequencing of numerous Planning instructions
• Highly capable of grasping new concepts and procedures quickly

Upon the completion of training, I was assigned as a QC inspector I was responsible for reporting to the VP of Quality and Compliance on a daily basis on the status of numerous incoming avionics units to be processed and repaired per the compliance of the FAA regulations and the European Aviation Safety Agency Documents related to a 145 repair station and AS9100 QMS . Duties included processing incoming avionics and Flight computer components. Review 8130-3 FAA documents Return to service releases while maintaining accurate QA records for future FAA Audits. My duties also included acting as Liaison to regulatory agencies for customer and vendor quality issues when required and also participate in the development of company polices,program, or quality changes to be implemented per the FAA

As a Engineering Assistant, I was responsible for retrieving and interpreting numerous Engineering plans and drawings to develop a series of complex manufacturing tooling verification mockups. Also my responsibilities were to use Microsoft Office applications to maintain engineering data or findings and also to help the Engineering dept. determine existing product and quantitative improvements during massive and complex transformation relocation projects. As part of a team I was promoted to a traveling transition team asst . And dispatched numerous factories and assists a transition team to help the company to become a ISO 9001and 5s certified organization.

• A team member of a highly qualified team of Qa personnel, my responsibilities was to provide complex highly detailed in-process mechanical-electrical inspections and tests on the Falcon 9 Merlin 1 engine system.
• As QA I Analyzed and interpreted blueprints, data and manuals to determine if the work was done to  precise specifications.
• Inspected, tested and measured materials, products and installations to spec.
• Recommended corrective actions to minimize rate of product defects.
• Weighed raw data, reviewed parts history and organized results prior to quality analysis.
• Analyzed manufacturing data against functional design and expected quality results.
• Documented, filed and maintained proper inspection records and quality assurance documents.
