  • Project Manager for Slack onboarding for over 7,000 Norton employees
  • Liaison between Norton staff and Telecom department as they transitioned from WebEx to Zoom, saving Norton over $400 per account/year
  • Project Lead/Liaison to Norton Healthcare staff as they switched from VNC/Bomgar to DC Tools, creating/updating supporting documentation
  • Pilot project spearhead for the installation of over 60+ electronic signature capture devices in Baltimore, MD, allowing Rite Aid to become HIPAA compliant before the government mandated deadline
