Coaching Philosopy
“You are what you do repeatedly everyday. If excellence is something you’re striving for, then its not an accident, it’s a habit. The reason why I added this phase is because it reflects what my vision will be for the incoming 2024 season. In order to improve one’s lifestyle, whether it is eating healthier, working out more consistently or in this case becoming a better student-athlete then adjustments need to be made which will lead to overall success. These changes occur by developing a pro-active mentality such as having the proper attitude toward any challenges that may arise, the self-confidence to overcome any obstacle and having good work ethnic. I belief having these attributes will the lead the player to achieving more than what they have thought of. In turn, these good habits they created will carry over to any career path they choose. Therefore, it is my responsibility as a coach not only to help improve the fundamental skills needed to be successful on the field but as well as to be the best version of themselves.
